It’s the awards season in most industries and so, it seems only fitting that I share some recent developments for my site, especially with those readers who have subscribed to my blog via the email subscription or blog RSS feed options.
As you may have noticed in the “Awards” section in the sidebar, my blog here at TanveerNaseer.com was recently selected as one of “The 25 Best Management and Leadership Blogs of 2011” by TheBestColleges.org, as well as being ranked as one of the “Top 100 Leadership and Influence Blogs” by the organizers of the “Leadership and Influence Summit”.
And as of last week, my site was selected by the team at “Leadership Digital” to be one of their “Featured” leadership blogs, placing my blog alongside those of leadership thinkers Marshall Goldsmith, Mike Myatt, Dan McCarthy, and Scott Eblin to name a few. For those who are not familiar with Leadership Digital, it’s a brand new aggregator site compiling the latest posts and ideas being shared by leadership thinkers and writers.
While I’m certainly grateful for these awards/recognition, the fact is that these accomplishments could not have happened without you, the readers of my blog. As I mentioned to a friend in a conversation recently, whenever I sit down to write for my blog, the first consideration I always have is how can I best serve my readers.
After all, there are so many incredible resources and talented bloggers sharing their insights and ideas that I want to make sure that the time you spend reading my pieces is not only well-spent, but that you gain something of benefit as well.
So while I may not be standing on stage accepting a trophy of some sort, I still want to thank all of my readers for continuing to push me to deliver content that is inspiring, motivating, and hopefully encouraging in getting you to re-examine the issues facing today’s leadership to benefit both your team and your ability to help guide them forward.
Hi Tanveer! Congrats on the awards and joining the Leadership community. That's what you get for generating HQ content 🙂
Thanks John for the kind congratulatory wishes; appreciate it. It is nice to gain such recognition for one’s efforts.
